Your Citrus Greenhouse is Now Open
To keep California's citrus thriving, the state has designated quarantine zones to ensure citrus plants are grown and sold safely. Our Citrus Greenhouse is one of the few locations in the quarantine zone approved by the CDFA. That means you can confidently buy and grow citrus here.
You can purchase at our Torrance location if you're planting within the quarantine zone. However, if your new citrus tree will be planted outside the zone, we'll assist you in getting citrus from a nearby Armstrong Garden Centers.

Welcome to Armstrong Garden Centers, Torrance
I have been a part of Armstrong Garden Centers, an Employee Owned Company since May of 2016 and since joining the Armstrong team I have become a California Certified Nursery Professional.
My favorite part of the job is working creatively with our customers to enhance their outdoor garden space. It can even be fun playing "Guess that plant or bug" when customers come in with a baggie of some mystery plant or insect and working together to help find a solution.
My favorite plants are Epiphytes, also known as Air Plants because they come in so many different colors, textures, and some have the most beautiful blooms and grow in little to no soil. I enjoy everything outdoors so in my free time I love to go on hikes with my wife and try to spot native plants and wildlife.
