Dafne has been part of the Armstrong Garden Centers family since 2015 and brings more than 15 years of horticultural experience. While attending Cal State Fullerton, Dafne began a career in horticulture as a greenhouse assistant at the Fullerton Arboretum. As a California Certified Nursery Professional (CCNP), Dafne enjoys helping gardeners of every experience level grow with confidence.
Favorite horticultural interests include orchids, begonias, pachycaul plants, easy-care houseplants, and experimenting with patio vegetables.
The Monrovia store is a favorite destination for gardeners, surrounded by the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains and located near renowned arboretums and botanical gardens. Dafne and the knowledgeable Monrovia team enjoy helping everyone from first-time gardeners to experienced plant collectors find the perfect plants and gardening solutions.
Outside of work, Dafne enjoys caring for an eclectic plant collection, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a beloved dog.
